Alex Bruno is a partner and founder of the law firm of Bruno & Perez. Mr. Bruno’s practice areas include corporate law, partnership law, business law, employment law, labor law, contract law, non-profit law, business litigation and estate planning. Prior to establishing Bruno & Perez, Mr. Bruno worked for a national law firm representing national, international and local companies in their product, business and liability matters.

In Practice For Over Ten Years

Mr. Bruno has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, counseling on employment and labor matters, and assisting businesses in liability and risk protection. Mr. Bruno is also an experienced business litigator who has successfully defended his clients from lawsuits involving their businesses. In addition, Mr. Bruno has extensive experience in regulatory matters including compliance with local, state and national agencies such as the Consumer Products Safety Commission. Mr. Bruno also assists his clients in establishing their trademarks and copyrights as well as protecting his clients from trademark and copyright infringement.

Mr. Bruno is dedicated to helping companies and their owners protect their business.

Mr. Bruno uses a holistic approach. He believes that in addition to protecting one’s professional life, it is also important to ensure that all aspects of one’s life are taken into account including planning for his clients’ estates.
